Mayflower Cruise Terminal
Southampton Mayflower Cruise Terminal Berth 106
Just off the A33, Mayflower is one of Southampton's four main cruise terminals.
If you are driving down, finding the terminal is fairly easy. Just follow the A33 heading for the Western Docks via Dock Gate 10. Signage is clear and frequent, so no need to worry.
Around a 20-minute walk, Southampton Central train station is approximately 1 mile from the terminal. While there are a few short cuts, it’s easiest to just catch a taxi.
The nearest airport is Southampton. While taxi’s are the quickest route to the port if you are flying in, trains to Southampton Airport Parkway, around a 5 minute walk from the airport, run frequently.
For those disembarking in Southampton, the arrivals lounge has ample comfortable seating for passengers to take advantage of. Facilities include standard and disabled access toilets, vending machines with a limited selection of snacks and drinks, as well as a magazine stand offering complimentary copies magazines.
As the arrivals area is open to the public, this allows for relatives or friends coming to meet you to come inside, making it easier to spot you and more comfortable as they wait.
Departures - A Quick Guide: Dropping off your Luggage
As you approach the terminal, you will see that there is a dedicated area for dropping off your luggage before you park. Porters will be on hand to help with your bags, not only saving you time, but also leaving one less thing for you to worry about.
If you are arriving by taxi, you will be dropped off right next to the luggage point. Those travelling by coach will alight opposite the terminal, a short distance from the luggage area.
Where to Park
A short term Pay & Display car park is available opposite the terminal. Disabled bays are available next to the drop-off point, however you must notify ABP in advance, as demand for these can be high during peak time. Long stay car parks are available nearby.
As soon as you’ve dropped your luggage off with the porters (making sure to keep any essentials such as passports and tickets with you) it’s time to make your way to check-in. Staff should be on hand to help direct you.
Once checked-in, you will need to go through security before entering the departure lounge.
Located on the ground floor of the building, a range of facilities are available.
- Ample comfortable seating, with standard and disabled access toilets throughout the terminal
- Ceanos Café, offering a selection of hot and cold snacks, as well as hot, cold and alcoholic beverages
- A stand offering complimentary magazines can also be found here, with ranges changing throughout the year.
