Concierge services for cruise passengers

We all like to be organised before and after we cruise, but sometimes, things don't always go exactly to plan. CruiseSouthampton.com list a range of last minute services that could assist you.

Currence Exchange

Currency exchange shops, banks and travel agents are a 10-minute walk or a taxi ride away from the cruise terminals.

Sit Back & Relax

De Vere Grand Harbour Southampton is the only hotel that offers a Cruise Lounge package, which includes a transfer to the cruise terminal, lunch, refreshments and daily newspapers. All with secure luggage storage.

Post & Luggage Services

Post & Luggage servicesThere are two Post Offices we recommend you use in Southampton. To send larger items you can contact Pack & Send, who offer a wider service for cruise passengers including Left Luggage (also available at Southampton Airport too).

Forgot your toothbrush or need medical assistance?

There’s a big Boots the Chemist in Southampton’s shopping area along the southern end of the QE2 mile. Should the worst happen before you cruise, there are walk-in dentists, doctors’ surgeries and of course, Southampton Hospital’s A&E department.

Shopmobility in Southampton

If you are disabled or limited in range to get around, Southampton’s has two Shopmobility locations - WestQuay and Above Bar Street. Both can help you with a range of aids and scooters.

Can't find your keys?

If you’ve lost the key to your suitcase or you need an extra set before you go, there’s a locksmith in the city centre.
